Exchange Policy
At Haisam Fragrances, we want you to feel confident with your purchase. If you wish to exchange your product, please review the policy below.
Eligibility
We offer exchanges within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:

The perfume must contain at least 90% of the original quantity

The bottle must not be damaged or broken

The product must be returned in its original packaging

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
Products that do not meet these conditions may not qualify for exchange.
Exchange Process
To request an exchange:

Contact our customer support within 14 days of receiving your order.

Provide your order number and the reason for exchange.

Share clear photos showing the remaining quantity of the perfume.
Once approved, we will provide return instructions.
Important Notes

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged or incorrect.

If exchanging for a higher-priced item, the price difference must be paid.

If exchanging for a lower-priced item, the remaining balance will be issued as store credit.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
