Welcome to Haisam Fragrances. By accessing our website and purchasing our products, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Please read them carefully.

1. General

By using our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or accessing under the supervision of a parent or guardian. Haisam Fragrances reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

2. Products & Descriptions

We aim to ensure that all product descriptions and details are accurate. However:

  • Fragrance performance may vary depending on skin type, climate, and usage.

  • Product packaging may slightly differ from displayed images.

All perfumes are concentrated at 35% to 40% and are designed to last up to 12 hours, though results may vary from person to person.

3. Orders & Payments

  • Orders are subject to availability and confirmation.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraudulent or unauthorized activity is suspected.

  • Prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless stated otherwise.

  • Full payment or Cash on Delivery (if available) must be confirmed before order processing.

4. Shipping & Delivery (Pakistan)

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on city and courier service.

  • We are not responsible for courier delays, natural disasters, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Customers must provide accurate shipping details. We are not liable for delivery issues caused by incorrect information.

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided:

  • The perfume contains at least 90% of the original quantity

  • The bottle is not damaged

  • The product is returned in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is provided

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

6. Intellectual Property

All content including logos, product names, text, and images are the property of Haisam Fragrances and protected under applicable intellectual property laws of Pakistan. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

Haisam Fragrances shall not be held responsible for:

  • Allergic reactions due to individual sensitivity

  • Improper use or storage of products

  • Indirect or incidental damages arising from product use

Customers are advised to perform a patch test before full application.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

Customer information is collected solely for order processing, communication, and service improvement. We do not sell or share personal information with third parties except as required for delivery or legal compliance under Pakistani law.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Pakistan.
